You are eligible to play tee ball if your birthday falls between 9/1/2017 and 8/31/2021.

⚾️ Tee ball utilizes coach-pitch and a tee. Each at-bat players are given the opportunity to hit live pitches thrown by their coach. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, player will hit off the tee.

⚾️ Everybody hits and plays the field. Participation is one of the main objectives in tee-ball, so expect everybody to bat and play the field every inning (4-inning games). Emphasis is on the basics - hand-eye coordination, how to hold the bat, running the bases (in the correct direction), what to do when the ball is coming to you.

⚾️ Don’t expect a final score. The outcome is less important in tee-ball than the process. There are no umpires in the game and like anything involving young children, chaos is never far away.

⚾️ Four-year-olds are allowed to play. But their parent(s) must help coach.

⚾️ The coach wants you to help. In tee-ball, coaches usually are the parents who volunteered because nobody else raised a hand. Many don’t have any baseball or softball experience. Get involved. Even if you don’t want to commit to every game or every practice your willingness to help when you are able to is very much appreciated. For the upcoming season tee baller players can expect to have 1 or 2 practices per week (once games start practices may be reduced, rescheduled or canceled based on field availability). One game per week. Games are held on weekdays with a possible tournament.

⚾️ Player recognition day is tentatively scheduled for April 26th.
